Doe Run Farm lies in the valley of the Blue Ridge Mountains of Ararat, Virginia. During May the farm has strawberry patch, June brings forth fresh broccoli, while the warm sun in July brings fresh green cabbage. Watermelons begins to ripen in August. Then potato digging in September, followed by the harvest of pumpkins and gourds in October.
Corn Maze Days opens in September and runs through the first weekend in November. A visit to our farm includes a relaxing hay ride around the farm, corn maze, hay maze, apple launchers, corn hole, horse shoes, and alot of room to run and play. Fresh produce, apples, pumpkins of all sizes, birdhouse gourds, corn stalks and more are available for fall decorating. We want everyone to feel at home while they visit our farm.
