Built in 1925 as The Patrick Henry Hotel, this haunted location is now a mixed-use building which contains retail stores, a restaurant, apartments, and office spaces. The ballroom is said to contain three ghosts who keep a watchful eye on the area. There is another apparition who sits at a table on the second floor, smoking a pipe and kicking the tablecloth with his foot. An elderly woman who passed away in one of the building’s rooms can also be heard on occasion.
