Town Center of Virginia Beach invites you to come dressed in your best costume for our annual “Town and Treat” event! Stop by for free trick-or-treating at Town Center businesses, activity stations, roaming characters, games, music, cotton candy, costume contests, and more!
Dress in your finest Halloween costume to win a special prize. There will even be a special appearance by Barbie!
