As you step through the doors, you’ll find yourself descending into a world of darkness, deceit, and unspeakable horrors, with each floor more unnerving than the last.
*Please be prepared to sign our liability waiver onsite in the ARTfactory's parking lot at registration or bring a signed copy with you. Waivers can be downloaded HERE. Registration is located at 9419 Battle St. Manassas, VA 20110. You are unable to enter the Factory of Fear unless you have signed the liability waiver.

Omg! The wait was totally worth it! The ARTfactory did an amazing job dialing up the creep factor for their Haunted Hotel! The sets, the props, the actors, everything was on point. The actors did an amazing job, and they looked positively gruesome. I can't wait to see what they come up with next year. Just a hint to parents, some kids were rather freaked out this year, so just a warning for next year. If you like horror, this was the place to be!

Manassas’s Art Factory hits this year’s haunted house outta the park. From the very organized queue while you waited for your time to the fantastic theming, I was impressed the whole time. The three levels of rooms and spooks was just the right amount of scary fun.

Not a moment was predictable...I screamed frequently
Not a moment was predictable...I screamed frequently. The sets were incredible and realistic. Wonderful use of the entire building. Made the tour feel nice and long. Factory of Fear actors are bar none. They give it their best. They had me legit scared! Wonderful acting, costumes and gory makeup. The hotel motif was clever and well executed (no pun intended). It's an annual tradition in my household.

The Factory of Fear at The Art Factory in Old Town Manassas was AWESOME! So much fun for our whole family! The costumes, makeup, sets and actors were all FANTASTIC! This was our first time attending and it will definitely become a yearly Halloween tradition for us!

Great for families
Gods one for families or people who don’t go to more intense haunted houses or trails. Would definitely recommend and I would go again. Jump at some parts but it was mostly mild.

Fantastic Debut
This was a first time event for The ARTFactory of Manassas, and I was truly impressed with what they managed to do and how much fun was to be had while being scared. There was a lot of cleverness and creativity behind this attraction, and they have a lot to be proud of. I hope they return next Halloween!

Wow! Spread across four floors, each level was packed with frights, jump scares, and spooky characters who were incredibly dedicated to their roles. The atmosphere was immersive and thrilling, making every moment a heart-pounding adventure. The attention to detail and the enthusiasm of the actors truly brought the haunted house to life. I can't wait to see how this attraction evolves and grows in the future. If you're a fan of haunted houses, this is definitely one you don't want to miss!

So Fun
This was such a nice haunted house! I live in the area and it was amazing to not have to drive so far to get to experience Halloween fun. Haunted houses are my favorite! Definitely scary, the costumes were great, and I loved that there were some creepy kids there too.

What a great time!
We had an absolute blast at this walk-thru haunted house! And this was their first year putting it together. The scares were perfectly timed, and the actors were incredibly immersive, bringing the spooky atmosphere to life (especially the twins from The Shining). Each room was uniquely designed, making every twist and turn an exciting surprise. A thrilling experience that truly delivered on chills and fun! Highly recommend!

Outstanding Haunted House Experience! Fun Scary!
We truly enjoyed the Haunted House experience at the art Factory. Very well done! Scare actors were enthusiastic and surprising at times. Costumes and sets on all floors were well done and eye catching-even in the misty, low light darkness. We thought it was great. Very well done scary fun!
