As you step through the doors, you’ll find yourself descending into a world of darkness, deceit, and unspeakable horrors, with each floor more unnerving than the last.
*Please be prepared to sign our liability waiver onsite in the ARTfactory's parking lot at registration or bring a signed copy with you. Waivers can be downloaded HERE. Registration is located at 9419 Battle St. Manassas, VA 20110. You are unable to enter the Factory of Fear unless you have signed the liability waiver.

Review This HauntBest Haunted House Design
This is the second year running and the second year I have attended it and what a thrill!!! I love how the designed the hotel after the old Candy Factory's building and site history. Well done ArtFactory, cannot wait until next year! For some reason I cannot click the overall rating; I give it all 5 stars.

Phenomenal
Had so much fun and saw the effort all the actors put in to their craft. The wait to get in wasnt too long. Great group we walked in with and stellar restaurants nearby. The fear factor was there for all ages

Great ghouls and gore! I enjoyed the attention to detail, and the surprises behind the doors! I was surprised it was only open four nights. It was also made better being an inside event, considering the unpredictable weather this time of year. Well done! Next year, it would be good to ask the neighboring restaurants to stay open for an after-fright bite!

Great for the family
The decorations and actors were awesome and just enough scare to make you scream. Great for first time younger kids and ok for the older kids.

You Should Have Gone!
Omg! The wait was totally worth it! The ARTfactory did an amazing job dialing up the creep factor for their Haunted Hotel! The sets, the props, the actors, everything was on point. The actors did an amazing job, and they looked positively gruesome. I can't wait to see what they come up with next year. Just a hint to parents, some kids were rather freaked out this year, so just a warning for next year. If you like horror, this was the place to be!

Manassas’s Art Factory hits this year’s haunted house outta the park. From the very organized queue while you waited for your time to the fantastic theming, I was impressed the whole time. The three levels of rooms and spooks was just the right amount of scary fun.

Not a moment was predictable...I screamed frequently
Not a moment was predictable...I screamed frequently. The sets were incredible and realistic. Wonderful use of the entire building. Made the tour feel nice and long. Factory of Fear actors are bar none. They give it their best. They had me legit scared! Wonderful acting, costumes and gory makeup. The hotel motif was clever and well executed (no pun intended). It's an annual tradition in my household.

The Factory of Fear at The Art Factory in Old Town Manassas was AWESOME! So much fun for our whole family! The costumes, makeup, sets and actors were all FANTASTIC! This was our first time attending and it will definitely become a yearly Halloween tradition for us!
