Established in 1986, the Loft Gallery is comprised of 20 artists and presents a wide variety of artistic styles and media. Visitors have reported experiencing paranormal activities in the gallery, mysterious footsteps, creaking floors, and doors closing on their own. One incident which took place in the 1990s involved a painting flying clear off the wall on which it hung. In October 2006 an artist witnesses a ghostly glowing mist floating through the gallery early in the morning.
